Adam Seth Turk, Esq.

Adam works closely with all of his clients to help them achieve their goals, complete their transaction or grow their business. He believes a law firm should constantly go above and beyond for its clients, and works everyday to make sure that he and the firm achieve this goal.

Prior to forming Turk & Davidoff, Adam worked at a large and respected real estate title agency. He helped clients through the purchase of some of the marquee commercial and residential properties in New York City.

Adam received his B.A. from Queens College and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York.

Adam is a member of the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and Brooklyn Bar Association.

Adam has had multiple articles published in the New York Law Journal .

Adam is certified by the New York Department of State to teach continuing education courses on topics related to real estate.

Adam was named in the Rising Stars section of Super Lawyers. Rising Starts lists the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in their respective practice areas as nominated by their peers. 

Adam currently resides in NYC with his wife and daughter.  When not in the office he can be seen at Madison Square Garden rooting for the New York Knicks and New York Rangers.

Jacob Davidoff, Esq

Jacob is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York City Bar Association and Brooklyn Bar Association.

Jacob attended the University of Maryland where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance. After spending time working in the mortgage industry he went to Brooklyn Law School where he obtained his law degree.

Prior to forming Turk & Davidoff Jacob worked in the Office of the General Counsel for a major U.S. corporation.

When not in the office he spends his time with his rescue Pitbull, Waffles.
